- Open a browser on your computer
- Visit the Official Website of the Caste Certificate WB Portal.
- Click on the SC/ST and click Apply SC/ST., or click on Apply for OBC.
- Now fill the Application Form by selecting the Category from SC/ST or OBC and other Details.
- Enter your full details like Name, Father Name, DOB, Address, Mobile Number, and other details.
- Fill in the other details asked in the application form and then click on the submit button.
- Download the auto-generated Application form, Acknowledgement, and Service Details.
- After you will need to print out all application papers and a Xerox copy of all your documents, like Aadhaar card, Voter Card, Ration Card, One Copy of passport-size photo, and contact your local SDO or BDO office.

How to Download WB Caste Certificate
You can download your WB caste certificate by following the process below.
- Visit the Official Caste Certificate Website of the Portal.
- Select the drop-down menu option of SC/ST or OBC and select the Download Certificate option.
- You will now be redirected to the Download Digitally Signed Caste Certificate page.
- Then you enter the Application No/Certificate Number and Applicant Name.
- Now, click on the Download Certificate option in PDF form.
- Print the certificate in colour.
