- At first, collect the Laxmi Bhandar application form from the Duare Sarkar Camp, the BDO/ SDO office, or the KMC office.
- Fill the application form carefully.
- Submit it along with the required documents to the Duare Sarkar Camp, or BDO (Block Development Office), SDO (Sub-Divisional Office), or KMC (Kolkata Municipal Corporation) office.
লক্ষ্মীর ভাণ্ডার আবেদন করার জন্য আপনাকে আপনাদের এলাকার দুয়ারে সরকার ক্যাম্প থেকে আবেদনের ফর্ম নিতে হবে। আবেদন ফর্মটিকে সম্পূর্ণ নির্ভুল ভাবে ফিলাপ করে আবার দুয়ারে সরকার ক্যাম্পে গিয়ে জমা করতে হবে। ফর্মের সাথে আপনার আধার কার্ডের জেরক্স ও ব্যাংক অ্যাকাউন্ট এর জেরক্স কপি লাগাতে হবে। আপনার ব্যাংক অ্যাকাউন্ট চালু থাকতে হবে এবং KYC করা থাকতে হবে।
Laxmi Bhandar Scheme Documents Required (লক্ষ্মীর ভাণ্ডার প্রকল্পের জন্য কি কি ডকুমেন্ট প্রয়োজন)
Attach the following documents with the filled Laxmi Bhandar application form:
- Xerox copy of Aadhaar Card with self-signature (আধার কার্ড).
- Xerox copy of the Swasthi Card with self-signature (স্বাস্থ্য সাথী কার্ড যদি থাকে).
- Xerox copy of their certificate for the Scheduled Caste or Scheduled Tribe community (if applicable) with a self-signature (এসসি অ এসটি সার্টিফিকেট যদি থাকে).
- Xerox copy of the first page of the bank account (where your name, account number, and IFSC code are clearly visible) with self-signature (ব্যাঙ্কের পাসবুক).
- One copy Color Photo (এক কপি রঙ্গিন ছবি)

- The applicant should be a permanent resident of West Bengal.
- The applicant must be between 25 and 60 years of age.
- Minimum 25 years and Maximum 60 years.
লক্ষ্মীর ভাণ্ডার প্রকল্পে নাম নথিভুক্ত করার জন্য আপনার বয়স ২৫ থেকে ৬০ বছরের মধ্যে হতে হবে। এর থেকে কম বা বেশি হলে আবেদন বাতিল হয়ে যাবে। আপনাকে পশ্চিমবঙ্গের স্থায়ী বাসিন্দা হতে হবে। এই প্রকল্পে শুধুমাত্র মহিলারা আবেদন করতে পারবেন।

Lakshmi Bhandar 2025- লক্ষ্মী ভাণ্ডার প্রকল্পে নাম নথিভুক্ত করার জন্য আপনাকে অফলাইনের মাধ্যমে করতে হবে। কারন অনলাইনের মাধ্যমে লক্ষ্মীর ভাণ্ডার প্রকল্পের জন্য আবেদন করার কোন প্রসেস নেই। এই প্রকল্পের জন্য আপনাকে দুয়ারে সরকার ক্যাম্প থেকে আবেদন পত্র তুলে তা যথাযত ভাবে ফিলাপ করে সাথে প্রয়োজনীয় নথিপত্র লাগিয়ে আবার দুয়ারে সরকার ক্যাম্প-এ জমা করতে হবে।
আবেদন পত্র জমা হয়েছে গেলে আবেদনের স্থিতি আপনি অনলাইনের মাধ্যমে চেক করতে পারবেন। আপনার লক্ষ্মী ভাণ্ডার প্রকল্পের টাকা আপনার অ্যাকাউন্ট-এ ঢুকেছে কি না তাও চেক করতে পারবেন অনলাইনে। লক্ষ্মী ভাণ্ডার প্রকল্প আবেদন করার জন্য আপনার কাছে আধার কার্ড ও ব্যাংক পাসবুক থাকতে হবে। এই প্রকল্পে শুধুমাত্র পশ্চিমবঙ্গের মহিলারা আবেদন করতে পারবেন। আবেদন করার জন্য বয়স ২৫ থেকে ৬০ বছরের মধ্যে হতে হবে।
