How to apply for a West Bengal trade license online. You can apply for a new trade license by following the steps below.
- Visit the official website (E-District Portal)
- Then create an account using your mobile number and Email ID. If already registered, log in with your credentials.
- Go to the Services option, select the License option, and click Issuance of Trade License in Municipal Areas.
- Then accept the condition.
- Fill in the details, including applicant name, father’s name, business name, business type, address, and trade category.
- Next, you need to upload all the required documents in scanned format (PDF/JPEG).
- The trade license fee is determined based on the type and size of your business, which you can pay online. You can pay the trade license fee online using net banking, UPI, or debit/ credit card.
- After approval, your Trade License Certificate will be issued digitally.

ট্রেড লাইসেন্স অনলাইনের মাধ্যমে আবেদন করার জন্য আপনাকে “E-Disrtict” পোর্টালে লগইন করে সার্ভিসেস অপশন থেকে আবেদন করতে হবে। যদি আপনার লগইন আইডি না থাকে তাহলে প্রথমে আপনাকে সাইন আপ অপশন থেকে অ্যাকাউন্ট বানিয়ে নিতে হবে। এর পরে আপনার সমস্ত তথ্য নির্ভুল ভাবে পূরণ করে সাবমিট করতে হবে। শেষে আপনার ডকুমেন্টগুলিকে স্ক্যান করে উপলোড করতে হবে।
আবেদন হয়ে গেলে আপনাকে আপনার ট্রেড অনুযায়ী যা ফী দেখাবে তা আপনাকে অনলাইনের মাধ্যমে পেমেন্ট করতে হবে। ট্রেড লাইসেন্স এর ফী জমা করার জন্য আপনি ডেবিট কার্ড বা ক্রেডিট কার্ড বা নেট ব্যাংকিং অথবা UPI বেবহার করতে পারবেন। ফী জমা হয়ে যাওয়ার পরে আপনি ডাউনলোড অপশন থেকে সাথে সাথেই ট্রেড লাইসেন্স ডাউনলোড করতে পারবেন।
